| Frequently Asked Questions
Is there pre-registration and how much is registration?
Year 12 school leavers wishing to participate in Whitsunday Schoolies Week in 2009 will be required to present their school ID card and/or other idenfication in order to register as a Schoolie and receive a Schoolies ID Card. In 2008, Registration cost $25. This fee may be the same or rise slightly in 2009 depending on costs.
To prevent "Toolies" there is no pre-registration. We like to check ID ourselves and present schoolies with important information and a program guide on arrival. Schoolies then have their photo taken and receive their official ID Card.
For more information, visit the Registration page.
The nightclub/party tickets... do I buy them when I register or beforehand and how much do they cost?
Tickets for Schoolies dance party sessions are presold and are available at the Registration Area in Schoolies Central.
In 2008, tickets cost $10 per session. Get in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
For more information, visit the Activities and Events Schedule page.
